We encourage all guests to review our policies before booking their stay at Summit Suites. By understanding our guidelines, you can ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our policies are designed to prioritize the comfort, safety, and convenience of all our visitors.

SUMMIT SUITES HOTEL POLICIES


Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. 


If you wish to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax.


Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. 


Check-in: 3:00 PM.


Check-out: 11:00 AM.


We are a SMOKE-FREE Hotel. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the hotel or in the guest rooms. Violations will result in a $250 fee added to the reservation.


NO PETS are allowed at our facility. Violations will result in a $100 fee added to the reservation.


When you check in, a hold will be placed on your card for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out. Any such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
